Emma von Holten, MS

Lead Integration Coach

Insight matters. Integration is where change begins to live.

Emma von Holten is the Lead Integration Coach at Empowering Wellness Counseling Solutions, helping people move from understanding what needs to change toward actually practicing that change in everyday life.

Her work centers on integration, accountability, behavioral awareness, sustainable routines, and the small choices that help new patterns become more accessible over time. Through individual coaching, groups, community programming, and self-paced learning, Emma helps people bridge the space between knowing and doing.

Meet Emma

Emma von Holten is our Lead Integration brain coaches here at EWCS. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychological Sciences and coaches using the NeuroHumanity framework. She specializes in working with clients who are interested in thriving rather than surviving and want to bring some of their actual life spark back.

She specifically works with the RETURN Philosophy, which is the notion that we all have a highly individualized baseline to come back to. RETURN is about reconnecting with what you actually want and the things you feel called toward, especially the goals, routines, or parts of yourself that may have been put off because life or work keeps getting in the way.

Working With Emma

Growth can become another thing we believe we should be doing perfectly. You may know what you want to change. You may understand your patterns. You may even have a clear picture of the person you want to become. And yet, when life gets busy, stressful, uncertain, or overwhelming, it can be difficult to translate that awareness into action.

That is where Emma’s work lives. Working with Emma is about creating a bridge between insight and integration. Together, you may explore the patterns that keep pulling you away from what matters, the expectations that make growth feel overwhelming, and the small places where a different response becomes possible.

The goal is not more pressure, more performance, or another system to maintain perfectly. It is learning how to recognize what is happening, understand what support you need, and practice returning to the choices that align with your purpose.
